I made this frame from low near the water so you can feel the scale—towering columns, sculpted figures frozen mid-motion, and sunlight warming the marble while the basin stays cool and blue-green. What I wanted to keep wasn’t only the landmark… it was that exact contrast: Rome’s timeless grandeur above, and the living, moving water below. Every time you look at it, it brings back that “I’m really here” feeling—like a window into the city.
