Hasan Akbas Fine Art provides this website for showcasing and selling original fine art photography prints. You may use this site only for lawful purposes. SECTION 2 - COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All photographs, artworks, and written content displayed on this site are copyrighted works by Hasan Akbas. Purchasing a print does not grant any commercial, reproduction, or distribution rights. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or digital redistribution of any image or text from Hasan Akbas Fine Art is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under U.S. and international copyright laws.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS & ORDERS
All fine art prints are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partner Gelato. We reserve the right to limit or cancel any order at our discretion, including those that appear fraudulent or intended for resale. Prices, materials, and print sizes may change without prior notice.

SECTION 4 - RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Because each artwork is produced specifically for you, returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of damage or production defect. Please contact support@hasanakbas.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue. If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are printed and shipped via Gelato’s global network. Once dispatched, Hasan Akbas Fine Art is not responsible for shipping delays, customs holds, or lost packages. International customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties applied in their country.

SECTION 6 - COLOR & METERIAL DISCLAIMER
Due to variations in monitor displays and ambient lighting, actual print colors may differ slightly from what is shown online. We ensure the highest level of color accuracy and museum-grade quality materials in every product.

SECTION 7 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Hasan Akbas Fine Art and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to color variations, printing errors, or delayed deliveries. All services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind.

SECTION 8 - PRIVACY & DATA
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.hasanakbas.com/pages/privacy-policy. We do not store credit card details on our servers. All transactions are securely handled by Shopify and its trusted payment processors.

SECTION 9 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska, United States. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts of Anchorage, Alaska.
