Because each artwork from Hasan Akbas Fine Art is made to order via Gelato, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or simply because you changed your mind.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
— If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@hasanakbas.com within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue and your order number.
— Gelato’s quality guarantee allows for replacement or full refund if the product is found to be defective or damaged.  
— For lost shipments or items returned to sender, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.  

Exclusions & Important Notes
— Because each print is produced only after order is placed, items that are correct as ordered cannot be exchanged for size, color, or framing changes after fulfillment begins.  
— Minor color variations due to monitor calibration, ambient light or paper finish are considered within tolerance and are not eligible for refund or replacement.  

How to Initiate a Claim
    1.    Email us at support@hasanakbas.com with your order number, date of receipt, and full-colour photographs showing the problem.
    2.    Once we receive your claim, we will liaise with our production partner Gelato and arrange either a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
    3.    If approved for replacement, the new item will be produced and shipped with no additional cost to you. If approved for refund, the amount will be credited back via your original payment method.
