We offer fine art photographic prints; both unframed and framed options may be available. All prints are produced on premium archival materials, and framed prints are wrapped using museum-grade techniques.
Where are the prints produced and shipped from?

Our prints are produced through our global print partner Gelato. Once your order is placed, production begins and it is shipped via Gelato’s network. Shipping origin depends on your location (USA, Europe, etc.).
If you order a framed print and you live outside the USA or Europe, please check shipping availability and cost.
What is the delivery time for orders?

Production time varies depending on product type: unframed prints are normally produced within a few days, framed prints may take 1-2 weeks for production. Shipping time depends on your country and carrier once the item has left the production facility. International customers may incur customs duties or taxes.

Since our products are made to order (custom printed or framed for you) we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after the production process begins. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@hasanakbas.com if you need to request a change.

We take great care in packaging and shipping. If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please email us at support@hasanakbas.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Include photos of the damage or packaging, your order number, and a description. We will assist with a replacement or refund at our discretion.

To ensure longevity:
- Keep your print out of direct sunlight, humidity and extreme temperatures.
- Use a soft dry cloth to dust the frame or acrylic glass.
- Avoid cleaning agents on the acrylic surface unless specified by the manufacturer.

We use premium archival printing and materials to ensure high fidelity. However, please note that due to screen calibration, ambient light and monitor differences, actual print color may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

What is your return policy for change of mind purchases?
Because our prints are made to order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or incorrect, we will review your case for replacement or refund (see above).
